What does "customer service call 101" mean at Shoppers Drug Mart?
Whenever I'm in Shoppers Drug Mart I hear the announcement "customer service call 101" but this announcement is not being done by staff. Its by some generic recording lady and the same voice/announcement plays in all locations. So...what does it mean and why do they do it? Been driving me
